We treat symptoms on the bipolar spectrum including bipolar I and II disorder, cyclothymia, and other variants of bipolarity.


Anxiety and Stress

We treat generalized or incidental stress, generalized anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.


ADHD

We treat executive impairments including difficulty focusing, planning, prioritizing, organizing, and completing tasks and projects.

Integrative Psychiatry

Integrative Psychiatry combines conventional and functional medicine approaches into a whole-person (holistic) exploration of symptoms to identify the root causes of psychiatric symptoms.

Laboratory & Diagnostic Testing

Integrative Psychiatry specialists incorporate advanced diagnostic and laboratory testing to examine the underlying causes of psychiatric symptoms. Emerging availability of testing to help treatment.

Medications & Nutraceuticals

Medication and Nutraceutical management for psychiatric conditions are incorporated into the plan of care. We understand that not all individuals need medication.

Experiential Transformation Therapy

ETT is a rapid form of therapy that has demonstrated effectiveness for trauma and other conditions. This form of therapy combines techniques from current evidence-based therapy modalities.

Additional Therapy

We integrate therapy into each follow-up appointment guided by your current needs and goals. The intensity of therapy is entirely dependent on your needs and goals.

Lifestyle Recommendations

We incorporate lifestyle modifications tailored to your unique situation and based on your specific symptoms and advanced laboratory and diagnostic testing. Instead of general recommendations.

Initial Consultation

We perform comprehensive initial consultations that may last up to 60 minutes depending on individual needs exploring several elements of your history. Cost: $300 $150 one-time fee.

Direct Access

We feel that a major contributor to health and wellness is a strong therapeutic relationship. We provide direct contact information for your provider so that you may message or email any time.

Follow-Up

We provide up to 30-minute follow-up appointments depending on your needs in order to devote time to addressing all needs and aspects of the plan of care. Cost: $150 per appointment.
